Bishop Ipinmoroti said God showed him “Nigeria system will work again but we need to repent from our sinful ways. It requires the prayer of the faithful to put things right.”

He said:

“I do not see Nigeria breaking apart. Bola Tinubu is a right peg in the right hole in the 2023 presidential election.
“He is a man of integrity coupled with his administrative experience and political wherewithal to weather the political storm of the nation-State."

In another report, Rauf Aregbesola, the minister of interior, says he belongs to a “group of focused and serious politicians” who will not just jump into the race for the 2023 presidency or any other political aspirations without proper consideration.

The Cable reported that Aregbesola stated this on Tuesday, May 25, at a virtual colloquium with the theme: “Africa: Interrogating the Leadership Questions”.

Legit.ng gathered that the minister was responding to a participant who asked if he has plans to contest for the seat of the presidency in 2023.

Fijabi, however, said that APC would come back stronger in 2023 in the state because reconciliation is currently ongoing within the party to bring back all the aggrieved party members into one fold.
