Popular Nollywood actor, Segun Arinze, has now been appointed as the president of the Association of Voice Over Artistes (AVOA) in the country after he won the election.

The good news was shared by the movie star on his Instagram page as he posted the congratulatory message he received from the Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC).

In the long statement posted on his page, it detailed how the NFC’s director, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe, said that Arinze’s emergence as the president of the association came as no surprise due to his track record and commitment to the film industry since the late 90s.

The NFC’s director also praised Arinze for the change he brought during his time as the president of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
