Bruno Mars recently made history when he became the first artist in the world to have five diamond certified singles.
The excited superstar took to social media to show appreciation to his fans after the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced the good news online.
The Uptown Funk hitmaker thanked the people who have been buying his music since he became a professional singer some years back. The award-winning musician wrote on Twitter:
"Love you hooligans. Thanks for rockin’ with me throughout this incredible journey. We’ve only just begun."
The artist's Just the Way You Are has been certified 12-times platinum, Uptown Funk and When I Was Your Man have been certified 11-times platinum, and Grenade and That's What I Like have been certified 10-times platinum, according to RIAA.

The talented and popular rapper even let his bundle of joy hold the trophy for him when they were still on the podium. At the time of publication, the video of the adorable moment had been viewed over 481,000 times.
