Femi Gbajabiamila, speaker of the House of Representatives has paid a condolence visit to the family of one of the military officers who died in the plane crash on Friday, May 21.
Recall that the Chief of Army Staff, Ibrahim Attahiru, and 10 other military officers lost their lives in the unfortunate accident in Kaduna state.

The speaker consoled the elderly woman at her residence in Surulere offering relief and emotional support.
A video from Gbajabiamila's visit was shared on the verified Twitter handle of the speaker.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that the First Lady, Aisha Buhari, paid a condolence visit to Attahiru's family.
Mrs Aisha shared photos of her visit to the Attahiru family on her verified Twitter handle on Sunday, May 23.
The First Lady described the death of the late army chief and the other military in the plane crash as a monumental loss to their families and the nation.

Similarly, Mrs Dolapo Osinbajo, the wife of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, has paid condolence visits to the families of the military officers who recently died.
A statement sent to Legit.ng by the Office of the Vice President indicates that Mrs Dolapo, immediately after hearing about the plane crash visited the families of the departed military officers.
Mrs Dolapo on Friday visited the wife of the late COAS, accompanied by the wife of Chief of Defense Staff, Mrs Victoria Irabor.
In a related development, a member of the House of Representatives, Abdulrazaq Namdaz, narrated how he missed boarding the military plane that crashed in Kaduna, killing the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Ibrahim Attahiru, and 10 other personnel.
