Kaduna Crash: Friend Shares Video of Pilot Dancing During his Introduction, He Was Planning to Wed in October

Taiwo Olufemi Asaniyi was one of the officers on the ill-fated aircraft that crashed around the Kaduna international airport on Friday, May 21.
Asaniyi, the pilot of the ill-fated Beechcraft 350 plane, was preparing to walk down the aisle with the love of his life in October, but death came knocking.
The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru, was on his way to Kaduna to attend the passing-out parade of army recruits scheduled for Saturday, May 22, when the unfortunate incident happened. Attahiru and 10 other military officers all lost their lives.
In a Twitter post on Saturday, a day after the sad incident, Asaniyi's friend, Adedeji Adeniyi disclosed that they recently discussed arrangements for the wedding coming up in a few months time.
According to him, the deceased was planning to marry a dear friend, unfortunately, life had other plans.
His tweet read:
“Femi was preparing for his wedding later in October. We spoke about live band during the week and all. He was to marry a very dear friend. He flew the plane yesterday. Rest well Flt LT TO Asaniyi. Rest well everyone that died in the plane."
Another friend of the deceased identified on Twitter as Daddy G.O (God’s Ordained) @_victor_kings disclosed that he was going to be Asaniyi's best man.
He also shared a video from his introduction ceremony which held two months ago
Legit.ng had earlier reported how Flight Lt. Alfred Ayodeji Olufade, who got married three months ago, also lost his life in the Kaduna crash.
Hours after the confirmation of his death, pictures and videos from his wedding ceremony in February began to circulate on social media.
One of his friends said he was heartbroken over the news. According to him, the deceased often teased him about leaving bachelorhood. He also shared their conversation on Twitter.
