Popular Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has taken to social media in celebration of mental health awareness week.
In a post which she shared via her official Instagram account, she stated that about 60% of deaths are caused by lack of adequate rest.
She continued by urging fans to treat their health right and fill themselves up with love.

The actress also advised people to put their mental health first in situations and avoid any form of rush or stress.

She accompanied the post with a photo of herself, dressed in a beautiful yellow ball gown with makeup and accessories to match.
Abubakar wrote:
"60% of death is caused by lack of rest. Treat your health right. Feed it right. fill it with love. Your mental health first, HBP kills. Don’t allow anyone, rush you or stress you."
