Chelsea have been having good fortunes since German boss Thomas Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard earlier in the year.
The team have spectacularly qualified for the FA Cup and Champions League finals respectively recording their biggest win over 13-time champions Real Madrid in the past week.
They went on to prove doubters wrong about their form being a fluke as they defeated Man City 2-1 at the Etihad to delay their wait for their fifth Premier League title.
The 2015 Premier League champions have now leapfrogged Leicester City in third position, cementing their spot for next season's place in the continental stage.
Chelsea and City will play in the Champions League finals and Pep Guardiola has lost to Tuchel twice this season - in the FA Cup semis and the league.
On the other hand, Chelsea women's team were recently crowned champions of England and have a date with Barcelona Ladies in the Champions League final.
The entire Chelsea fan base have been fired up in Nigeria and they believe the glory days of 2012 will be repeated nine years later.
One fan commented on the post:
"When I finally get married I'm recreating this."
Another added:
"Super cute, Congratulations."
A lady then added:

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Super Eagles legend Vincent Enyeama has been hailed by Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy who claimed that the Nigerian star played important role in his goalkeeping career.
There is no doubt about the fact that Vincent Enyeama was one of the best goalkeepers during his active time in the national team considering his achievements with the Super Eagles.
Before retiring from the national team, Vincent Enyeama won the 2013 African Cup of Nations title with Nigeria under late former Super Eagles gaffer Stephen Keshi.
