Dare Adeboye begins journey home: Timeline of the funeral arrangement
The burial programme for Pastor Dare Adeboye commences today, Sunday, May 9, in the second largest city of Akwa Ibom state, Eket, where a commendation service for the 42-year old will be held.

Until his death, Dare was a regional pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Akwa Ibom state.
Vanguard reports that the deceased body which is currently at the morgue of Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun state.

Sunday, 9 May 2021:
Special service at City of David Youth Church for Eket Akwa Ibom.
Monday 10 May 2021:
Thanksgiving songs and tribute will hold between 4pm and 6pm, at RCCG House of Favour, Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
Tuesday 11 May 2021:
Farewell service at Youth Centre, RCCG Redemption Camp. He will be committed to mother earth after this.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that the family of late Pastor Dare Adeboye has declared their unflinching love for God despite his untimely death.
The family, though, Leke Adeboye, says they have no reason to question God for the tragedy.
Leke who is also the personal assistant to the general overseer, quoted Romans 8:38, saying, “Not even death would separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus.”
Recall that Legit.ng reported that Pastor Adeboy lost his son to the cold hands of death.
The sad development has been generating wide reactions across social media as Nigerians condole with the cleric.

In other news, the RCCG has announced that it will organise a 2 million man interdenominational prayer day for Nigeria.
The event is expected to hold at the RCCG Central Parish, Wuse, in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on Sunday, May 9.
The general overseer, Pastor Adeboye, and other anointed ministers are expected to grace the occasion.
