Kindhearted Pilot Praised for Offering Pizza to Passengers after Diverting Flight over Bad Weather

An American Airlines pilot decided to divert his plane because of bad weather. He then made his passengers happy by offering them what to eat.
It is reported that the American Eagle, a division of American Airlines had faced a few hiccups before it departed from Key West in Florida to Charlotte in North Carolina.

However, the pilot discovered a number of challenges due to the weather and diverted to Charleston and upon arrival, he ordered pizza for his passengers.
One of the passengers known as Michael Beasley posted on his Twitter page, saying the pilot identified as John, had made their day.
He wrote:
"Yesterday (May 5) we got delayed for weather mid-air, eventually diverted for fuel. While we were stopped the pilot literally ordered pizza for the whole plane…what?! How does one order dominoes to a plane? We were on the tarmac, not even at a gate! 10/10."
According to IOL, another passenger, James Chipshop said he was also given pizza after a delay at Newark onboard a Delta flight to Heathrow. He is quoted:
"I’ve never seen so many delayed passengers have their mood immediately uplifted."
Meanwhile, the airline’s spokesperson has praised the pilot and crew members for his gesture, saying their team is the best in the business.

The airline spokesman said.
"Rain or shine, our team consistently proves they’re the best in the business."

In other news, two Nigerian pilots have warmed hearts on social media after a video of them emerged in which they could be seen dancing to King Wasiu Ayinde's hit song, Ade Ori Okin.
In the video, one of the pilots could be seen shaking his body to the song while his colleague joined him and started spraying him money.
