An Instagram blog has shared lovely throwback photos of fuji singer Alhaji Kolawole Ayinla Kollington and waka music singer, Queen Salawa Abeni.
One of the photos showed the singers dressed in a beautiful Yoruba traditional outfit popularly called aso-oke.
Kollington and Salawa Abeni were holding a little baby in their hands as they posed for a photo with smiles on their faces.

It was reported that the singers took the photo at the naming ceremony of one of their children.
The music legends were married for eight years before they parted ways, however, their marriage produced three children.

One of their children called Sheriff followed in the footsteps of his parents as a singer. Known as @bigsheffbaby on Instagram, the young man is a popular rap artiste and has featured on one of Kollginton’s albums.
He has also been spotted on many occasions performing with his mother Queen Salawa.

The Queen of Waka music as she is also called, turned a new age on May 5, 2021, and she took to her verified social media page to share the news with fans.
In one of the photos, she wore a lovely blue dress and posed beside numbered balloons showing that she was about to clock 60.
According to her, it has been a beautiful journey to 60 despite the tears and struggles.
