They continued their impressive display in the second half with Imran Louza increasing their tally in the 56th minute while Kalifa Coulibaly sealed the victory with a goal from the spot two minutes after the hour mark.
The hosts got one back later in the game through Romain Favre in the 83rd-minute but it ended up a mere consolation in the end.
As it stands, The Canaries are 18th on the Ligue 1 table with 34 points after 35 rounds of matches - four points behind 17th place Lorient.
However, they will count on their performances in the last two games as they prosecute their last three fixtures this campaign.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles attacker has taken his tally for the season to six goals and three assists across competitions so far - this is below his personal record for the same club last season.
