One of pastor Adeboye's sons, Leke recently expressed displeasure over a painting of himself, his wife, and his father on social media.
In a post via his official Instagram handle, he shared photos of the portraits and then took to the caption to voice his opinion.
According to him, the problem he has with paintings is that they are unnecessary because there is no point in recreating a photo that has been perfectly taken in a studio.

Speaking further, he said that it is a nice gesture to draw, but some of them make people look like there is something wrong with some of their physical attributes.
He also pleaded with artists to leave his original photos alone as he is not impressed with copy drawings.
He wrote:
"The issue I have with people painting, a picture you already have that is so well taken in a studio is, I ask myself what is the point. I already have a perfectly taken nice picrure if the same thing you decided to draw. Yes it's nice to draw but can we do an original not a copy of an original. Some of the copy self will now make you looks like you are eating mango or something is wrong with your ears or eyes. Please just leave the original picture alone. I AM NOT Impressed with copy drawings. God bless you as you do so."

"How will the artist feel when he reads this? Sometimes, we should think about people's feelings when giving our opinions. Constructive criticism would have been better or better still tell him or her u need an original drawing next time."

"I feel so embarrassed and sad for the artist. Wow! This is not constructive criticism. This is very disrespectful. Even if you don't like it, which I can understand because everyone's tastes are different."
