Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has made it clear that he will continue to maintain his position even amid all the backlash he has received in the ongoing controversy involving colleague, Baba Ijesha.
Fabiyi in an exclusive interview with Goldmyne TV also made sure to address the issue of fellow celebrities like Toke Makinwa and Davido who took turns to bash him due to his stance on the matter.
The actor maintained that the likes of Makinwa and co should make sure that they carry out proper investigation before coming out to attack people’s integrity.
"Go and rearrange your background and ensure that you find the truth. If you are intelligent, if you think you are exposed and famous, and you can’t be careful to balance story and you attack people’s integrity, reputation and brand, it is because you probably think you are God or nothing can be done."
In a different portion of the video, Fabiyi also made reference to a time in the past when Davido was accused of murder after a member of his team passed away. The actor swore that he would never have joined people to judge Davido.
Fabiyi called on the celebrities to sit down and search their conscience to see if this is what they want to use their fame and exposure for.
