Veteran Nigerian movie star, Kate Henshaw, has also made a reputation for herself as a fitness enthusiast going by her gym-day posts on social media.
However, while a great number of people admire her for it, not everyone thinks it is necessary, going by the comment of one Johnny B Gud on Twitter.
Johnny shared one of the photos of the actress during her fitness training and asked if she ever does any other thing apart from lifting weights.

According to him, men are scared of action ladies and if every woman decided to be like her, there would be hunger.
He tweeted:
“Do you really do anything else apart from lifting weights? If every female or whatever is like you, there will be hunger in the house be careful. Men are scared of action ladies.”
Kate wasted no time in replying to the troll. She asked how lifting weights had become exclusive to men. The actress also said only weak men had that mindset.
She also expressed how she failed to understand how looking after her health meant there would be hunger in the land.
