Wednesday, April 27, 1994 will go down as the worst day in the life of a Twitter user as he became an orphan on that day.
The Twitter user, @ubumanzi, in a recent post recalled that he had lost virtually everyone that made up his extended family 27 years ago.
@ubumanzi shared a throwback photo that had his grandparents, siblings and parents in it and another that had his wife and kids.

According to @ubumanzi, his extended family were murdered in cold blood and went on to promise that he will always make them proud while he lives.
The circumstances surrounding their murder wasn't however disclosed.
His tweet reads:
"#27April1994 - #27April2021.
"#27years. Remembering my parents, all my siblings and grandparents - a beautiful family senselessly killed. I survived, remained strong and strive to make you proud everyday."
Tweeps took to his comment section to give encouraging words, others prayed for him.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that the father of the NAF officer who lost his life in a plane crash has opened can of worms.
Speaking with The Punch in an interview on Sunday, February 27, the 76-year-old Pa Olawunmi described his son as "straightforward and decent" whose character "exemplified absolute honesty in all ramifications."
He said the flight sergeant joined the Nigerian Air Force in February 2002. According to him, the circumstance surrounding Olawunmi's death was terrible and disastrous.
