Popular Nigerian dancer, Kaffy Shafau-Ameh, has now joined the age-long conversation of house chores being meant for just one gender via her social media page.

The Guinness World Record holder shared a video of her cute son, Sean Ameh, clearing up the kitchen sink after doing the dishes.

In the short clip, she thanked him for helping out and then proceeded in her caption to advise parents on the importance of boys also doing chores.

According to the mother of two, parents should make sure their sons also cook and clean so that they do not end up looking for girlfriends in future for the wrong reasons.

Explaining further, the professional dancer said that a lot has contributed to the conditioning of men to think some basic essential life skills are to be carried out by women.

She wrote:

“It is important for parents to let boys learn how to cook and clean so they won’t be looking for girlfriends for the wrong reasons .
Too much has been conditioned to make men believe they need a woman for basic but essential life skills.”
