Nigerian actress Toyin Abraham has no doubt been immensely blessed in the past few years and she recently took out time to cast a look at her journey so far.
Abraham in a recent Instagram post submitted that everyone who plays the role of a role model was once a protegee. According to her, no one is born perfect.
The movie star went on to use herself as an example. Abraham submitted that now that she sees people calling her a role model all over the place, she wonders if they are aware of her past.
"Nobody came perfect. We all have a past. Some troubled past, other smooth sailing past. Now that people call me role model, I wonder if they know I didn’t come perfect."
The Prophetess actress explained that her journey has indeed been a long one while thanking God for the people he sent to her life.
Abraham reiterated the fact that she is not perfect as well as other people who are role models to those around them.
She, however, noted that the understanding should serve as motivation to strive to be a better person.
In the concluding part of her post, the mother of one once again mentioned that she had what could be described as a very ‘troubling past’.

"For the avoidance of doubt, I had a very troubled past but here I am today. What a journey, what a life and there is still more to come."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the actress in an IG post said she almost went 'gaga' at her godmother's 50th birthday party.
This happened after fuji singer Wasiu Ayinde hailed the actress as Kolawole's wife. Toyin's godmother, however, gave her a signal and that stopped the actress from displaying on the dance floor.
