Nigerian media personality, Shade Ladipo, is known for sharing her thoughts on issues even if they might become controversial. She recently did just that while addressing the alleged snub of actress Ruth Kadiri at the Eko Star Films and TV Awards.
Taking to her Instagram story, Ladipo addressed Kadiri and advised her to become better at her craft instead of being bitter.
According to her, there was even no platform like the Eko Star Films and TV Awards for Ruth Kadiri to be recognised last year but Mo Abudu created one.

She said that maybe next year would be when the actress would be celebrated or maybe not.

Recall Legit.ng had earlier reported that fans on social media were stunned after Ruth Kadiri boldly called out Mo Abudu over the Eko Award snub.
The award ceremony was put together by the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture, in partnership with EbonyLife Place and Nigerian International Film Summit (NIFS), in recognition of remarkable women in the industry.
According to Ruth, she is a woman and a filmmaker who has faced the struggles that every female filmmaker has faced but she was ignored at the award ceremony.
