A Nigerian couple have demonstrated that the existence of true love is never in doubt in this modern era.
The couple who got married on Saturday, April 10 have been an item since 2006 when they were in secondary school.

Celebrating them on the occasion of their wedding, a Facebook user Adams Philip Nathaniel narrated how it all started between the two love birds.
Adams said the two lovebirds named Akoji and Ojochegbe - who are indigenes of Kogi state - were the first set of pupils at the Inye Community Secondary school in Ankpa, Kogi and got acquainted to each other when they became seat mates.
While they weren't in a relationship, Akoji had had altercation with some classmates whom he thought were after his potential heartthrobe.
Along the line, they entered a relationship which blossomed even when they gained admission into a College of Education in the community.
Nigerians took to the comment section to congratulate the couple with many expressing surprise they lasted that long.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that classmates who started dating in SS1 had got engaged.
One of their classmates, Sir Dickson, tweeted about the love story via his Twitter handle @Wizarab10 wishing the lovers forever together.
His post read:
“Two of my classmates in secondary school that started dating since SS1 just got engaged. 13 years going till forever. We love to see it.”
Many thought their love story is a confirmation that true love still exists, others celebrated them as they expressed surprise that such relationships still happen.
