1. Touch down in India
On Sunday, February 25, 2018, Femi Otedola shared on his Instagram a photo of himself and Dangote as they stormed India. They could be seen with a local Indian material wrapped around their heads as they smiled for the camera.

2. Spending Democracy day together
Dangote and Otedola celebrated Nigeria's Democracy Day in 2019 together. In an Instagram post by Otedola on Friday, June 14, 2019, both men entered the then venue in the company of Lagos state governor Sanwo-Olu, Kogi state governor Bello and Dapo of Ogun state.
3. At the 'Dangote 8th wonder in the world'
Femi Otedola on Monday, January 27, 2020, called at the site of the Dangote fertilizer plant which he tagged the 8th wonder in the world. Both men went round the magnificent facility.
4. At Otedola's mum 70th birthday
Both men were also present at the 70th birthday celebration of Otedola's mother, Lady Doja.

5. Otedola investiture as the president of the Nigeria Chamber of Shipping
In 2005, Dangote was present at the investiture of Otedola as the president of the Nigeria Shippers Council as the largest shipowner in Africa at that time.

Otedola took to his Instagram page to share the photos which were taken on April 3, 2002, when his mother celebrated her 70th birthday. In one of the photos, Otedola could be seen taking a walk with the Globacom founder.
