Nigerian actress, Biodun Sofuyi Okeowo, fondly called Omoborty, has taken to social media to address people who are of the perception that celebrities like to show off.

According to the Yoruba movie star and brand influencer, celebrities don't show off, instead, they simply entertain which is the reason behind going into showbiz.

Omoborty stated that with the likes of celebrities and bloggers, social media will not be entertaining.

She concluded her post by expressing excitement about her mansion which she revealed she couldn't wait to unveil.

"Can people just rest? Celebrities are in the showbiz business to entertain you with their lives....Either their personal or public lives now depend on them. Please appreciate them or remain silent. Stop the trolling.

"Without celebrities and bloggers, you all won’t be enjoying social media. Nothing is show off when it comes to showbiz... all is just to entertain. Either paid or not we just want to do the show in the biz...can’t you understand? Having said that... I can’t wait to unveil my new mansion "
