Rapper DMX’s Family, Fans, Hold Vigil outside His Hospital to Pray for His Quick Recovery

Legendary American rapper DMX's family and his die-hard fans on the night of Monday, April 5, held a prayer vigil outside White Plains Hospital in White Plains, New York, where the rapper is admitted.
Legit.ng understands DMX's fiancee, children and his fans camped outside the hospital to send him prayers and hope.

It should be noted DMX has been on life support at the hospital where he is still fighting for his life.
His family had announced there would be a vigil for the rapper and to everyone's surprise, hundreds of his fans turned up for him.

Present during the vigil was DMX's ex-wife Tashera Simmons, who is the mother of their four children, Yadira Borrego, who he has children with as well as his fiancee, Desiree.
His sons Xavier and Exodus were also present at their father's prayer vigil.
The event was so emotional that workers in the hospital also joined in praying for DMX by standing in the windows holding up "X" sign.
As earlier reported by Legit.ng, DMX overdosed on Friday, April 2, night. According to medics, the overdose triggered a heart attack.
The rapper was kept alive after he was resuscitated and was rushed to the hospital where he has been in admission since then.
Legit.ng understands DMX was left without oxygen to his brain for about 30 minutes, resulting in very little brain activity.
