Lady Born with One and Half Leg Says she is Tired of Pains and Injuries, Begs Nigerians to Help her Walk Again

- A Nigerian lady birthed with one and a half leg has taken to social media to seek help

- In her appeal, the lady identified as @GeChi__ on Twitter said her condition has caused her pains and injuries as she can't enjoy life like other normal persons

A distraught young lady has passionately appealed to well-meaning individuals to come to her rescue so she can have her life back. She was born with incomplete limbs - one and a half legs.

In a Twitter post made on her behalf by @Embee_bob, the lady said she was born with a rare cogenital anomaly that makes one limb to be shorter than the other because the femur wasn't well-formed in the womb.

The lady in question identified with the handle @GeChi__ said she thought the shorter limb will be amputated but was delighted to hear from her doctor that there is a solution. And the solution involves her getting an ortho-prosthesis which will cost her N850k.

While lamenting how her condition has deprived her of getting a job and also furthering her education, she begged Nigerians to help her as she is tired of pains and injuries caused by the disorder.

@GeCgi__ said she wants to regain the use of her legs again so she can get a job and help her mother.

She went on to share x-ray results of the affected limb.

Nigerians felt for her as many took to the comment section to offer her support.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that a young single mum had appealed to Nigerians to help her return to school.

Taking to Twitter, the lady identified as Uke Doose Priscilla shared her heart-touching story. Doose said she had gained admission into a college of education with the hopes of becoming a teacher but got distracted along the course of her study.

She had dropped out of school after getting pregnant and was not able to handle nursing a child while pursuing her academics.
