Coach Lluis Cortes' ladies had won the reverse fixture by three goals to nothing with the four-time Africa women's best player scoring one of those goals a week ago.
Besides scoring against Man City in both legs of their last eight fixtures, Oshoala also found the back of the net against PSV and Fortuna Hjørring in the earlier stages of the championship.
Meanwhile, the former Arsenal and Liverpool ladies' star has scored a total of 19 goals in 26 appearances across competitions so far this campaign.
She will be hoping to score more as the season progresses having reached the last four phase while her club continues to dominate the Spanish women's league.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Nigerian sensation Asisat Oshoala scored in Barcelona’s 3-0 victory over Man City Ladies in the UEFA women’s Champions League competition on Wednesday, March 24.
The Catalan giants take a giant first-leg win in the quarter-final, but it is not yet over as they need to prevent the Citizens from responding when they face-off in the return leg.
And it was Oshoala who opened the scoring in style in the 35th minute with a milestone strike to make it the club’s 100th goal of the competition.
