A Nigerian man, Dapo Bankole, has joined the league of Nigerians making the nation very proud abroad as he was chosen as a member of the board of directors of Windmill Microlending, Canada.
Announcing his appointment, the organisation said having the Nigerian on board is a “historic moment”.
The registered charity which has been serving newcomers since 2005 added that it looks forward to a greater result-oriented future with Bankole at the helms of affairs.

It disclosed that Bankole would be bringing his IT expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and communication skills among other qualities to improve the entity.
A look at his biography shows that the man has built many small businesses in countries like Nigeria, UAE, US, UK, Canada and the Netherlands.
He bagged a master’s degree in leadership from the Royal Roads University, Victoria. He was a client of the organisation in 2013.
