On March 14, 2021, a lot of Nigerians experienced something they thought had gone with great talents of the past. Top singer, Burna Boy, won his first ever Grammy Award.

A number of stars took to social media to express their pride and joy in the African Giant including rapper, Yung6ix.

In a new tweet shared on social media, the music star acknowledged that Burna’s win called for celebration. According to him, he should be celebrated in a memorable way.

It is no news that Burna Boy lost his chance to win a Grammy in 2019 after the award was snagged by Angelique Kidjo. Well, he came back twice as tall in 2021 and made the country proud.

In other similar news, Legit.ng earlier reported that popular comedian, Mr Jollof, shared his opinion that Burna Boy and Wizkid needed to be celebrated more by the country for their win.

Jollof continued that airports should be named after the music stars so that people will identify with the country in a positive way.
