Talented Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade, was recently celebrated by top American star, Beyonce, when she turned a year older on March 13.
Yemi is no doubt one of the most popular female celebrities from Africa who has always expressed her love for Beyonce.
The singer who also worked with Beyonce on her Black Is King project was obviously excited to get a birthday wish from the American star.

Taking to her Instagram page, Yemi Alade referred to Beyonce as her big sister as she thanked her for showing love on her birthday.
The Nigerian star also shared another throwback picture from her childhood in anticipation of another birthday wish the following year.
She wrote:
“Thanks big sis @beyonce ❤ and here is another pic for next year ❤❤❤”

The Nigerian musician's childhood photo was used on her website with Happy Birthday words written beside it.
On the front page of Beyonce's website are also photos of many other black female artistes who had their birthdays in recent days.
