If Nigerian celebrities are not spending their hard-earned money on luxury cars and designer outfits, then you will find the smart ones among them investing in real estate.
Perhaps, this owes to the fact that some of them understand the importance of having multiple streams of income and also having a back-up plan for when they stop doing music or acting.

Interestingly, real estate appears to be a safe haven for some of them. While some of these superstars have been able to pull their resources together and buy homes in Nigeria, some of them have even taken things a topnotch higher by purchasing properties out of the country.

In 2018, photos of the singer's mansion in Los Angeles was everywhere on social media. Some of his colleagues also sent congratulatory messages to him.
Although the price of the house could not be ascertained at the time, reports on social media claimed that properties in the area cost about $10-$15million dollars.

2. Comedian Aphrican Ace
The sensational Instagram comedian shared the news of his property with fans and followers on his Instagram page.
Aphricanace recounted how he and his wife had fallen in love with the mansion at first sight and how they were finally able to make the purchase.
3. Actress Georgina Onuoha

The US-based actress also joined the list of homeowners abroad in 2018. Onuoha excitedly shared the news with members of the internet community while giving praise to God. Her post read in part:

4. Popular Twitter influencer and medical practitioner, Dr Olufunmilayo
Although not a celebrity in the entertainment industry, Dr Funmi is definitely among the celebrities of the Nigerian Twitter community.

5. Ex-Nigerian Rapper Freestyle
Former rapper, Freestyle, shared the news of his newly purchased house in 2019. The rapper who relocated from Nigeria to the US was seen posing in front of the building as he flooded his IG page with pictures.
Away from Nigerians with properties abroad, Legit.ng reported that singer and YBNL artiste, Fireboy DML, became a proud homeowner in Lagos.
Fireboy shared a photo of the new house on his page and was massively congratulated by fans and colleagues in the music industry.
