The criticism was levelled by the Edo chapter of the All Progressives Congress.
APC disclosed this in a statement by the assistant state publicity secretary of the party, Ofure Osehobo.
Obaseki was accused of inaugurating white elephant projects on behalf of another state governor.
Going further, the APC claimed the PDP government in Edo state, is ineffective and incapable of improving the lives of Edo people, going forward.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the south-south region of Nigeria on Tuesday, March 9, elected a new executive committee, with a vow to reclaim power at the centre in 2023.
The election was conducted by an electoral committee headed by Dr. Adetokunbo Pearse and was monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In another report, the southwest zonal director of media and publicity of PDP, Lere Olayinka, in a statement seen by Legit.ng, said Oyinlola, a former governor of Osun state, lacks the moral standard to reconcile the duo.
Olayinka stated that Oyinlola can't be a peacemaker because of his closeness to the Oyo state governor, hence there will be bias on his part.
