These steps are sub-divided into two: what to do before Zoom meetings and what to do after meetings.
BEFORE JOINING A MEETING:
1. Open the Zoom app on your computer and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, then click on Settings.
In the left menu bar, click on the Virtual Background tab (if you don't see this tab, log in to the Zoom website, go to Settings and toggle on Virtual Background).
3. In the Virtual Background tab, select one of Zoom's defaults or upload your own image.
4. To add your own image/video, click the + icon to upload from your computer.
What next?
AFTER JOINING A MEETING:
1. At the bottom of the client, click the up arrow next to Video.
2. Select Change Virtual Background.
