Super Eagles star Samuel Chukwueze gave his jersey to a fan right after helping Villarreal to a comfortable 2-0 win over Dynamo Kyiv in the Europa League.
The Nigerian international winger seems stunned that a fan in the Russian capital could make a touching placard of him and raised it in the stands.
Villarreal won away from home putting themselves in a good position to qualify for the quarter-final of the competition ahead of the reverse fixture back home in Spain.
Pau Torres opened the scoring in the 30th minute of the encounter before Raul Albol sealed the win seven minutes into the second half.
After the game, Samuel Chukwueze who was substituted in the 84th minute, made his way to the stands to appreciate the gesture by the fan as he handed her his shirt.
He must have sighted her while in action and had to wait until after the full-time whistle before he met with her.
Recall that Chukwueze sent social media into a frenzy with his reaction after he dribbled Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez in one of their Spanish League fixtures.
The 21-year-old forward already went around the Spaniard by heightening him but he could not continue with his move after the opponent threw his hand at him.
Although the contact was very mild, the Super Eagles attacker decided to be theatrical by falling down firstly by holding his chest and later his eyes.
He was however spotted smiling after Saul came to pat him on the back while they both return to the pitch for action to continue.
The two players exchanged a few words which were not picked up by the camera and they both kissed and made up afterwards.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Genk striker Paul Onuachu seems undisturbed with coach Gernot Rohr's decision to put him on the standby list for this month's AFCON qualifiers against Benin and Lesotho.
Despite scoring 26 goals in 30 appearances in all competitions for his Belgian side, the German-born handler decided to overlook him in his 24-man squad for the doubleheader later in March.
The likes of Ahmed Musa who has been club-less since last October is being considered ahead of the attacker who also has three assists credited to his name at his club side.
