A South African-born medical scientist, Dr Caroline Pule, has been celebrated on social media for advocating for Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
The 30-year-old woman is also a researcher, philanthropist and founder of Caroline Pule Science & Literacy Foundation (CPSLF).

According to Women Power Africa on LinkedIn, Dr Caroline is also a volunteer at the CrowdFight COVID-19 initiative.
At CrowdFight COVID-19 initiative, volunteer scientists from different countries work together by adding their expertise in their respective fields to support the fight against coronavirus.
Women Power Africa said:
"Dr Pule is currently a Medical Scientist in the Global Surgery Division, Department of Surgery at the University of Cape Town where she manages the Global Surgery Research Cluster and conduct groundbreaking research work."

In other news, a Nigerian man identified as Toheeb Ojuolape has celebrated his achievement after bagging first class honours in petroleum engineering from the University of Ibadan.
Making the disclosure on his Twitter page, the young man shared adorable graduation photos of himself.
