Jason was called out by some Nigerians for paying his staff who are graduates, a meagre sum of money in comparison to what he is able to pay for his children’s school fees.

According to Mary in an Instagram post, people needed to stop quoting educational qualification and start working on what they could contribute to their employers.

She added that if a person provided N2 million service to their boss, then they would be paid accordingly. Mary said a person who added only N10k value to his or her employer would also be paid the same way.
