The popular rapper helped 50,000 residents of Houston by providing them all with hot meals. The superstar and his Cactus Jack Foundation teamed up with Mayor Sylvester Turner to launch an emergency food programme on Friday, February 26.

The programme is expected to feed 50,000 residents who have been affected by Texas' historic freeze.

TMZ reports that the musician's foundation is working with local agencies and restaurant owners to get hot meals for those who are still recovering from the bad weather and had been without water or power for days.
