A Nigerian man, Abdulhameed Owolabi, has achieved a big feat in his academic career as he bagged PhD in faraway Korea from the Kyungpook National University.
On his LinkedIn page, the man said that he got a doctorate degree in climate change with a focus on energy efficiency. Sharing photos on the platform, Owolobi appreciated God and his family for the success.
A photo showed him in a fine graduation gown as he held a bouquet, posing beside some members of his faculty.

Some of the snaps also showed him with his wife and two kids with the school's emblem serving as a matching background.
A part of his post read:
“Alhamdulillahi Robil Alamin. Kyungpook National University (KNU) upon the recommendation of the faculty hereby conferred on me the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)…”

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that another Nigerian man Damilola Adebayo joined the league of Nigerians who succeeded internationally in academia.
On Saturday, October 24, 2020, the man bagged his doctorate degree from the University of Cambridge, UK, a programme he started in 2016.
Adebayo said that when he enrolled for his PhD four years ago, he never thought that he would be graduating at a pandemic period.
