US rapper Jay-Z is already a billionaire but his net worth is about to get even bigger. Luxury brand LVMH has just bought half of Jay-Z's champagne brand, Ace of Spades. The rapper was declared a billionaire by Forbes back in 2018.
Jay-Z's champagne brand is also known for producing the luxury cognac called D'Ussé. His bank account is about to expand even more. According to a report by The New York Times, Jay-Z says that he always planned to grow his brand.
Before Jay-Z made the deal with LVMH, he and his wife Beyoncé were valued at around $1.35 billion (over N400 billion). Not only does Jay-Z have a champagne brand, but he also has his own clothing line called Rocawear and Iconix.

Rocawear and Iconix have sold for $204 million (N77.5 billion) back in 2007. Apart from Jay-Z making serious bank, his wife Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has also been bringing home the bacon.
Beyoncé has $400 million (N158.5 billion) to her name according to Business Insider. She made her claim to fame by being part of the group Destiny's Child and then took her solo career to amazing heights.
One thing about the Carters, they really know how to make serious money for themselves.
