The new dad in town opened up about what it meant for him to be a first-time dad at the age of 52.
The star shared an emotional post on Instagram where he mentioned that never in his life had he ever thought of being responsible over someone else. Part of his long post read:
‘’Not that anyone asked but in this I am holding the main reason for my lack of activity on social media. With everything going on in the USA I was not sure if sharing this young man via social media was the right thing to do.
But then I figured there are some people who are genuinely interested in my take on the experience of becoming a biological father.’’
Romany has featured in many romantic drama series and there were questions about his romance life despite him keeping his love life private.
‘’Brave is my first biological child. I am 52 years old and I have never been responsible for anything quite as delicate and precious.’’
The actor revealed that based on his upbringing and psychological disposition, waiting to have a child later in life felt more right for him.
However, his child’s mother already had two other children who are 17 and 11 years old and the star revealed that the stepchildren prepared him for this moment where he now has to parent his own biological child.
‘’I am not worried about money, I feel no pressure. I am only concerned with consistently being present, responsible, nurturing, receptive, patient observant, supportive, honest and loving towards my family and the world,’’ he added.
