It appears things just got real for Davido's logistics manager, Isreal DMW, as he has been served with a legal letter by billionaire daughter and singer, DJ Cuppy.
A scanned copy of the document has since surfaced online which detailed the incident that led to Cuppy taking legal steps against Isreal.
Recall he had taken to social media to allege that Zlatan did a hit song with the Gelato crooner and she did not give him a dime to compensate for his efforts.
Isreal went on to state that DJ Cuppy also did not compensate Zlatan after he performed at her popular fundraising event in Abuja. According to him, Zlatan used his personal money to cater to everyone who went with him at the Hilton Transcorp hotel in Abuja.

The aforementioned allegations were highlighted in the document and have been described as damaging to Cuppy's reputation.
The letter also stated that due to Isreal's continuous defence of his allegations against her, DJ Cuppy received negative attention from the public.
Isreal has now been ordered to cease and desist from putting out defamatory statements against the singer.
He has also been instructed to tender a public apology amongst other things to Cuppy.

Meanwhile, following Cuppy's decision to sue, Isreal had earlier taken to social media to react to the news of the lawsuit that was being filed against him.
In response to the news of the lawsuit, Isreal then took to his own page to challenge the billionaire’s daughter.
He asked if she had ever in her life given Zlatan a dime and also asked her if the rapper wasn’t the one who paid for his own accommodation and feeding at Transcorp Hilton.
