Nigerian singer and former Triple MG artiste, Emma Nyra, isn’t one for putting people against each other and her recent post holds a piece of advice about it.
In a tweet, the abroad-based singer advised fans against putting down others just to praise another.
It is common to see polls comparing one’s artistic prowess against another which more often than not make people rivals without their knowledge.
Well, Emma Nyra seems to advocate against this.
According to her, most people, in reality, are simply working on getting better at what they do

”I want you guys to know that it’s okay to praise someone without bringing someone else down. I promise you all that fake beef e Dey for your pocket. In real life, most peeps are just working on getting better at their craft every single day.”

In November 2020, there was a bit of buzz on social media after Emma Nyra made it obvious Davido wasn’t a favourite of hers.
In a tweet, she listed out her favourite musicians which including Tekno, Wizkid and Wande Coal.
When asked about her exclusion of Davido, she pointed out that she loved him but simply made a list of her favourite musicians.
In other news, Big Brother Naija 2020 Lockdown edition ex-housemate, Tolani Baj, recently agreed with a tweet highlighting the disadvantage of her dark skin on social media.
