Two female students of St. Louis Junior High School (JHS) in Kumasi who were said to have been kidnapped have finally been found days after their 'disappearance'.

According to a report sighted by Legit.ng, on Ghanaweb, the young ladies were found at Tafo in Kumasi in the home of some men

This was after a search party was tasked to find them on Sunday, February 7, 2021, after a report was lodged by their parents.

The men had absconded by the time the police reached their hideout.

The teenage girls claimed they were kidnapped on their way home from school on Friday, February 5, 2021.

The victims, after close of school, reportedly boarded a taxi to transport themselves to Breman UGC where they live with their parents.

Upon reaching Suame in the evening, the taxi driver diverted from the main route and took the girls to Suame Magazine, an area they are not familiar with.

One of the girls who managed to call her brother with the phone of one of the suspects who had dropped it in the room where they were keeping their victims said:

“We are 10 people in the room. The boys and their bodyguards are sleeping with us. One of the girls who earlier called her father with her own phone has been stabbed with a knife."

The father of one of the victims who was with the Suame Police search team collapsed over the matter.

In a similar news, it seems bandits in the north have resumed their evil business of kidnapping locals, especially little, helpless children.

An unknown set of criminals kidnapped three girls in Barkuta village of Bosso local government area of Niger state on Saturday, January 3.

It was gathered that the bandits invaded the area on the night of Saturday and scared villagers with the noise of gunshots.
