A young South African woman, Joss Sibeko recently headed to Facebook's ImStaying to share a touching post about how she had helped a healthcare worker who was walking home using crutches.
She wrote:
"Guys, I had my moment today. As I was driving along the main road of the township where I stay, I drove past a lady probably in her 50s who was going the opposite direction, probably from work. Judging by the uniform she wore I assumed she's a healthcare worker. She was using crutches and looked very tired.
"In my rearview mirror, I saw her trying to stop two taxis which didn't stop. I couldn't drive any further. I made a U-turn and asked her if she would let me take her home. Turns out it wasn't even that far, it was about 10 to 12 minutes drive from where I picked her up. I dropped her at her front gate. It felt good to put a smile on someone's face. #Imstaying."
Stayers had this to say about the sweet post:
Charmaine Hendriks said:
"Great, may God bless you even more."
Ngonidzashe Chikwape Mudzamiri said:
"Wait and see where she will take you. I am a living testimony of helping the elderly."
