A young woman called Hazel Hael recently shared a heartwarming story about going through many obstacles to finally be admitted as an attorney of the high court. The post also included beautiful and touching pics.
She wrote proudly:
"It’s all still so surreal to me, just a girl from Eden Park who had a dream coupled with ambition and drive, but most importantly an amazing support system that’s beeeeeeen through the fire with me. When one speaks of Hustle, Lord knows Iv hustled through this journey to finely get to this point.
"Nothing and I mean nothing has been easy, from late nights studying at University, sobbing over the phone with my mom, having her pray for me over the phone, to driving with my dad from firm to firm looking for articles, to actually getting articles being let down midway through oh my gosh. I’m so grateful humbled and blessed.
"Everyone’s journey is so so different, we can never ever compare ourselves to our peers we each have our own race to run, thus I always told myself that it’s not my timing but His, I am exactly where I need to be and everything has a purpose, whatever I endured and however long it took it molded me into the young lady I have become and I’m grateful for every experience, for the people I met along the way for the lessons Iv learned, I’m so proud of myself...I can now officially call myself an Attorney of the High Court, to God be the glory."
