Nigerian rapper Remilekun Abdulkalid Safar better known as Reminisce clocked the age of 40 on Tuesday, January 26.
The birthday boy was lovingly celebrated by his friends and family on the special occasion.
Reminisce had initially taken to his page on Twitter to call out some of his crew members and wondered why there had been no surprise for him.
"Wait o! @wildeyeq @UcheBriggs @OlaosunD @dondekojo i just woke up & went downstairs now, i didnt see any "pararan" or PS5 , se e n whine mi ni? I am going back upstairs now. E se normal o, edakun."

However, the Ogaranya crooner had no idea that his people were working behind the scenes to make his day memorable.
A few hours after his initial tweet, the King of Boys actor returned with a video noting that his friends and family have heeded his call.
The rapper was surprised with a brand new Ps5 console, cakes, perfumes among other items.

A member of his team, @wildeyeq, disclosed the rapper is the most difficult person to surprise. He, however, said they managed to get him.
He wrote:
"Remi is the hardest person to surprise but we got him good. His wife told him Edward is here with a contract for you to sign. Money moved him."
@wildeyeq also shared a video of the celebrant appreciating his people for making the day special. Reminisce also mentioned that he is not exactly big on birthday celebrations and would rather spend the day with his family.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that singer Patoranking left many surprised after he expressed gratitude to Reminisce for taking a chance on him in 2012.
The star stated that Reminisce gave him the opportunity even though nobody knew him back then. He mentioned that he was grateful that Reminisce featured him on his album.
