Davido shoots his shot as rapper Meek Mill launches search for Nigerian artist
- Music star Davido has expressed his interest in making another song with rapper Meek Mill
- This happened after the US rapper took to Twitter in search of new Nigerian artists
- However, fans were quick to let the singer know that Mill is in search of a fine art artist

Nigerian singer David Adeleke aka Davido has a number of major international collaborations to his name but it appears the music star is still open to taking on more opportunities.
Just recently, American rapper, Meek Mill, took to his official page on Twitter to launch a search for young and talented Nigerian artists.

The rapper called on fans to link him up with the artists and even send him links to their projects.
His tweet read:
"Link me with the new young Nigerian artist!!! tag me link."

Upon sharing the tweet, several Nigerians flooded the comment section to drop names of trending artists while there were others who used the opportunity to promote themselves.
However, it came as a surprise to many after Davido also used the opportunity to shoot a shot at the rapper.
Davido while responding to Mill’s tweet wrote:
"Stop playin !!!! Hits r us!!!"

However, after sharing the tweet, fans were quick to caution the FEM crooner and tell him that the rapper is in search of painters and not musicians.
