Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri recently took his fans and followers on social media by surprise after sharing photos from his Saturday exercise routine on Instagram.
The 61-year-old thespian was spotted in a sporting gear as he got busy with a personal instructor who put him through different positions.
In the caption that accompanied his post, Quadri disclosed that he was at the Lagos state public service club. The actor went on to briefly talk about how exercising is good for the body.
"We are in Lagos state public service club ( Lspsc) and this our weekend Exercise, as we all knows that is equally good our body especially Healthwise."
One of the pictures captured the actor sprawled against the floor with his right leg pressed against the left.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Yinka Quadri treated his fans on social media to an epic throwback photo.
