Nigerian singer, Ayo Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has shared his feelings concerning family and the need to be there for his sons.

In a recent interview with Apple Music, the Made In Lagos crooner expressed how much he loves his three sons and often tries to be there for them even way more than how his dad was for him.

He took to his Instagram story to make this revelation while sharing snippets of his forthcoming interview on The Zane Lowe Show which streams on Apple Music.

He said:

“At the end of the day, I have learnt to keep family so close, so close to my heart, so close to my soul. I have three sons that I love with all my heart. I try as much as possible to be there for them even way deeper than my dad was for me. And my dad was a great amazing man. So, definitely, family keeps me grounded."

Wizkid may be one of the busiest musicians in the world but this has not stopped him from being a great dad to his children.

Just recently, the singer had his firstborn son, Boluwatife, flown over to Ghana where he has been vacationing since he left his residence in the UK.
