Fenerbahce who are Turkish side have posted awesome photos of Mesut Ozil wearing the club's tracksuit ahead of his official unveiling after travelling from London to Turkey.
Mesut Ozil found it difficult to break into Arsenal first team since his former teammate Mikel Arteta became the manager at the Emirates stadium.
Despite calls from many Arsenal legends and past players for Mikel Arteta to restore Mesut Ozil back in the first team, the Spaniard failed to give the German the green light.
The former Real Madrid star then decided to terminate his contract with Arsenal so as for him to join Fenerbahce where he is expected to be getting active playing time.
Mesut Ozil actually joined Arsenal in September 2013 from Spanish champions Real Madrid and he was tipped to succeed at the Emirates stadium under Arsene Wenger.
And his first season with the Gunners, the German helped his side to win the English FA Cup beating Hull City in the final of the competition.
Since 2013, Mesut Ozil has played 184 games for Premier League side Arsenal and the German has netted 33 goals.
He has won three FA Cup titles with Arsenal and Mesut Ozil was also part of the Gunners' team that lost against Chelsea in the Europa League final.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are currently occupying 11th position on the Premier League table with 24 points after 18 games.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Rob Holding penned a new long-term deal with Arsenal after he almost left the Emirates last summer.
The England defender has been outstanding for the Gunners in recent times and has made 18 appearances for the club in all competitions this season.
The 25-year-old joined Arsenal from Bolton in 2016 and has struggled to hit top form following his knee injury in 2018 after spending nine months on the sidelines.
Holding was set for a loan deal to Newcastle last August but was put on hold by Mikel Arteta and the Englishman has made his selection count so far.
His deal at the Emirates was set to expire in 2023 but helped the Gunners win their 14th FA Cup trophy last season.
