You can't be a feminist and Christian, Nigerian critic Reno Omokri says

Former presidential aide and social media critic, Reno Omokri, has once again spoken on feminism and its non-existent relationship with Christianity.
Omokri submitted that one can either choose to be a feminist or a Christian. According to him, the two are mutually exclusive as one cannot be both.
The social media critic stated that a Christian wife is meant to be submissive - something feminism kicks against.

He wrote:
"You can be a feminist, or you can be a Christian. But you can’t be a feminist and a Christian. A Christian wife must submit to her husband. A feminist does not submit to a man. Thus, feminism (as is currently defined) cant coexist with Christianity."
This is not the first time Reno Omokri is sharing his opinion about feminism.
In 2019, he preached against feminism. In a post shared on Twitter, the former presidential aide, argued that feminism is unbiblical and it is the antichrist.
Feminism as most people know it is the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes. However, Omokri believes that it originates from the devil and does not reflect the teaching of the bible.

In other Omokri news, the critic may have scored a big one for the mock men's group, Stingy Men Association of Nigeria (SMAN), with his recent remarks about high maintenance women.
In a series of tweets, Omokri slammed women behind the female mock group, Stingy Women Association and this is coming after Toke Makinwa's remark about 'closing her legs' in response to the men's group.
