"Before I repost this archived pic...I decided not to edit it I wanted to share with my fellow women that it’s ok to celebrate your body flaws and all any way you feel you need and want to. I’m 34. I have two children. I have stretch marks and occasionally suffer from hormonal acne & anxiety. I hate to wear makeup on a normal day (when I’m not working).
I love wigs and extensions but I prefer my natural hair now that I’ve grown to love every inch of who I am. And it took me a LONG time. Like a plant, you must always nourish yourself and feed yourself things that are good for your mind spirit and body. Block out the naysayers...it’s their insecurities that they deflect on you. That is no reflection of who you are. Love your flaws & exercise your strengths. Pray on the rest. It will always follow. to all the mothers who make it happen every day no matter what. "
