Man who tested positive for COVID-19 after visiting Elegushi advises Nigerians

- A Nigerian man with the Twitter handle @arclaimer has disclosed that he has been self-isolating after contracting the deadly coronavirus

- According to the young man, he was at Elegushi beach during the new year celebration

- Some social media users prayed he recovers soon while others did not believe his claim

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to warn people who were at Elegushi beach on 2nd and 3rd of January to get tested for COVID-19 as he recently tested positive for the deadly disease.

The man with the Twitter handle @arclaimer who was also at the beach said he has been self-isolating since Monday, January 4.

In his words:

"Hello everyone. my name is Ndubuisi Johnson and I have been tested positive for corona virus and I have been self isolating since on monday. please if you were at Elegushi Beach on Saturday and Sunday (2nd and 3rd January) kindly go and get tested. Stay safe everyone."

Nigerians took to the comment section of the post to share their thoughts.
